People can try to undrstan the other persons needs, and see where they'er coming from.A Ex: is when your mom says to do chores, and you don't want to do them but she says if you don't you can't play video games. If you want to live and work with someone will, you have't meet your needs and they will meet yours. A wordly Ex: is the Civil Rights Movement, when the (black people) wanted to be equalto the (white people), but the (whites) didn't want the (black people) to be equal.
This caused the groups to live in a way that wasn't peaceful, because one groups felt like they weren't equal in their rights and in being heard.

Perspectives of the Civil Rights Movement:North vs South

There are two perspectives about the civil rights movement, one is the North side and the other is the south side. The south side thinks that ''black people'' should  not be able to do the same things as the ''whites''should because they are lower/not as good as the ''whites.''The other side is the north side and they think that all people should get their rights ,not gust the ''whites.''Now:The one I agree with is the north side, because I also think that it is important that everyone gets their rights. I know you already know which one I don't agree with, but I'm going to tell you anyway, I don't agree with the south side because giving only one type of people rights.

I'm doing a paper on civil rights(North and South), I choose this because I am black and I wanted to do reach on some of my past. When I say some of my past, it is because I am not all African American.
I thought that civil rights(North and South) was a perfect topic for the main idea.
